Jack O'Neil

Mr. O'Neil received a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1978, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1984.
Mr. O'Neil joined JGW International Ltd. in 1984 as a Marketing Executive and subsequently developed and implemented an overall business plan for entry into the U.S. market by a European electronic instrumentation firm. His experiences include managing diverse military and commercial projects, conducting in-depth market research and competitive analysis, coordinating review and assessment of new project opportunities, assisting in formation of joint venture partnerships and developing and presenting technical briefings. Mr. O'Neil is also experienced in developing and submitting, comprehensive proposals to Government Agencies and Prime Contractors.
Since his promotions to Senior Marketing Executive and then to Vice President, Mr. O'Neil has been responsible for the accounts of several aerospace and industrial manufacturers and service companies located in Denmark, France, The Netherlands, South Korea, The United Kingdom and the United States. Currently, Mr. O'Neil has complete responsibility for the marketing of products and services of several international companies to both government and commercial sectors. In support of his client base, Mr. O'Neil researches their respective markets, establishes firm targets, develops leads, identifies opportunities, assists in the preparation of proposals, advises during negotiations, coordinates program management, and establishes growth and follow-on plans
